The teen accused of hacking and extorting from a string of companies, including Uber and Nvidia, and leaking dozens of clips for the upcoming Rockstar game GTA 6, has been deemed unfit to stand trial.

The accused is 18-year-old Arion Kortag, who was 17 when he leaked dozens of assets taken from the unofficial Grand Theft Auto 6.  Computer misuse.

According to Reuters, the teen hacked Rockstar and sent a Slack message to all of the company's employees threatening to release the key development code for GTA 6.

Another teen - who has not been named - aged 17, has also been charged with two counts of racketeering, two counts of fraud and three counts under the Computer Misuse Act, although he is not believed to have been involved in the Rockstar Games hack.

Reuters says that psychiatrists assessed the teenager as unfit to stand trial, and the jury will not determine whether Cortag is guilty, but will instead decide whether he committed those acts or not.
