As of now, Anno 1800 is not officially available for PS5 or XSX/S. However, Ubisoft has announced that Anno 1800 will receive a free next-gen upgrade for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. This upgrade is expected to be released in early 2022.
Once the upgrade is released, you should be able to install Anno 1800 on your PS5 or XSX/S by following these general steps:

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the game on your console.
